  Announcing! Iowa Men’s Super-Secret Meeting
  

  Event Registration is open 10/25 - 11/18

  Meet and greet your friends and neighbors who migrated (full or parttime) to The Villages from Iowa.

  In our meeting we will tell stories, win MONEY, and plan on ruling the world. We encourage all able-bodied Iowa men to attend. No cost to attend, come and discuss the “Secrets”.

  Join the Women of The Villages Iowa Club and their guests for the Monthly Women's Luncheon at Glenview Country Club.

  Buffet Lunch Menu II include main entree, seasonal fruit, non-alcoholic drink, and cheesecake dessert buffet.

  IF you are bringing a guest, you MUST Add each guest you are bringing, which will automatically register the guest(s) as a "Family and Friends Guest".

  Seating opens after 11:10 A.M. with entree ordering beginning at 11:30 A.M.

  NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS (Effective May 2024)

  The new Event Registration Process eliminates the need to create a separate registration for Family & Friends Guest.

  
  

  Rather, you will complete 1 registration for yourself and use the ADDITIONAL ATTENDEE button to register your spouse (as applicable) and all of your Family & Friends Guests.

  
  

  You will be required to complete all of the mandatory fields (see *) to include the registration field "Type of Registrant" for yourself, your spouse (as applicable) and each of your Family & Friends Guests.

  

  Be sure to populate any additional fields(s) listed below “Type of Registrant” (e.g. Type of Meal, Transportation, etc.) for yourself, your spouse and each of your Family & Friends Guests.

  
  

  Once you had added your spouse/1st Family & Friends Guest, you MUST click the ADDITIONAL ATTENDEE button to repeat the process to add subsequent Family & Friends Guest(s).

  
  

  Click the NEXT button AFTER you are done adding all your guests. Proceed through the subsequent screens to get to the Review and Confirm or Review and Pay screen to complete the registration.

  Join fellow The Villages Iowa Club MEMBERS in the monthly golf scramble.

  NOTE:  Golf Scrambles are on SATURDAYS December through August.
  

  
  

  Cost to play is $1.00/person collected at the golf course. The Club will use the cash collected to award prizes (lowest score for the foursome/course, closest to the hole, longest drive, etc.) at the luncheon after you complete your round.

  IF both members of a HOUSEHOLD are going to play in the Golf Scramble, BOTH MEMBERS MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE GOLF SCRAMBLE (either using their own Club profile (if each member has their own email address) or using the ADDITIONAL ATTENDEE button during one of the member's registration process). 

  
  

  Send an email to the Club IF you need assistance in how to register your other Household member.

  
  

  KEY NOTE:  To help ensure the Club gets a tee time reservation, the Club now includes multiple Executive golf courses NORTH of Co Rd 466 on the reservation request. Once the Club receives the tee time confirmation (on the Wednesday prior to the Scramble), you will receive notification of what time and golf course you will play.

  
  

  NOTES:

  • The Club limits the Monthly Golf Scramble registration to paid Club members (including the registration of one (1) Household member as a guest).
  • The Villages tee time reservation system only allows the Club to enter a maximum of 64 golfers between two (2) tee time reservations.
  • Once there are 64 registrations, you can continue to register. The registration process will add your name to the event's WAITLIST. The Club will use the WAITLIST, based on order of registration on the Waitlist, to fill in golfers IF there are any cancellations.
  • IF the Club is successful in getting tee times, you will receive an email from iowagolfoutings@gmail.com. This email will include the golf course(s), tee time pairings, and location of the luncheon after golfing.
